The Terms of Service Agreement between Alertly Corp. and the individual or entity that registers for an Alertly account is published as a PDF. It covers the services and plans, use restrictions, fees and billing, confidentiality, term and termination, warranties, indemnification and limitations of liability, along with Schedule A setting out the Free, Pro and Agency plan fees.
